we can produce cheese, we can sell cheese, we can talk about cheese, our grandpa who made cheese, about everything around cheese the whole morning at borough market. BUT. this whole story about accounting is not something we are familiar with. so – thank the queen or the cheese or any other god – there are quite nice people who develop such easy programs as clearbooks.co.uk ..by now, we have at least  an overview how many beers we can buy at the end of the month. a big thank you to the clearbooks team – if you ever show up at our market stall, we will be happy to make you taste every cheese we have. be prepared and hungry and don’t forget the tshirt
